We need a new family member in the capacity of a Systems Engineer (Level 3 Support Technician). You will need to be able to troubleshoot on different IT environments/infrastructures, focused on Microsoft systems. Your key accountabilities will be to provide a top tier (Tier 3) of support: Advanced troubleshooting of servers, internet and network issues, as well as root cause analysis. You also need to plan and implement new infrastructure, as well as tier 2 support: Server monitoring and maintenance, backup testing, general support and training.

Knowledge and skills
  • UTM: setup, implementation, advanced (Sophos and FortiGate)
  • Advanced Threat Mitigation knowledge
  • Switching and VLAN’s
  • Servers: hardware and software config and troubleshooting, recovery
  • Server maintenance, root cause analysis
  • Remote Support

We need a new family member in the capacity of a Workshop Technician. You will need to be able to troubleshoot on different IT environments/infrastructures, focused on Microsoft systems. Your key accountabilities will be to provide IT support in the workshop to setup new laptops and desktops, troubleshoot and fault finding.
